The Story of This Model
This classic Venetian chandelier dates back to the early 18th century and features intricate leaf and flower arabesques. Besides celebrating nature, these decorations were introduced by Murano glassmasters to distinguish themselves from other productions emerging in the market, such as Bohemian crystal, which allowed for greater light refraction due to its facets. In response to these new tastes, Venetian production had to innovate by developing increasingly refined forms.
How is Dafne Made?
This Murano glass chandelier, available in various colors, is entirely handmade in the furnaces where our glassmasters work diligently, blowing glass into molds to shape the main pieces. Dafne evolves as an explosion of natural elements starting from the central stem, with leaves crafted in rigadin and cut crystal flowers to achieve the characteristic petal trim. In this composition, the arms curve downward, ending with floral cups reminiscent of magnificent callas.

Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
Each shipment is insured against theft and breakage.
Once we receive your order, it is sent into production. Depending on the complexity and size of the item, it typically takes about one month to complete. Once ready, the item is shipped to the specified destination.
