- Send Us a Photo: take a clear photo of the broken part and/or an intact copy of it. Ensure the photo is taken in a well-lit environment to give us an accurate idea of the color. You can send the photo to info@muranonline.com, use the form below, or message us via WhatsApp at +39 3489938718
- Contact and Confirmation: get in touch with our team and wait for confirmation on feasibility and a cost estimate for the replacement part.
- Send the Sample: once you receive the cost estimate, send us the sample to the address we provide along with the estimate. We will forward it to our furnace team, who will handle the creation of an exact replica of your Murano glass replacement part.
- Receive Your Replacement: within just a few working days, you will receive your new Murano glass components. Along with the parts, you will always receive an invoice and a certificate of authenticity.
