Nolinski Hotel Venice | “Cesendello” Chandeliers | Rooms

Our team was assigned the task of restoring and reproducing all the lighting fixtures specified by the “Fine Arts,” in addition to designing numerous new fixtures inspired by their style for the HOTEL NOLINSKI in Venice.

The reproduction process involved taking samples of the original lighting fixtures to produce accurate replicas. For the new fixtures, we began with sketches provided by the client, which were fully designed in CAD by our technical department and then crafted in our workshops.

The restoration, reproduction, and fabrication of the lighting fixtures commenced in August 2021 and concluded in May 2023.

“Cesendello” Chandeliers | Rooms

We created suspension chandeliers inspired by classic Venetian lanterns. Each features an elegant metal frame (finished in gold with galvanic treatment) adorned with rounded elements, supporting a large hemisphere topped with a “hat” and resting on two smaller spheres.

All components are crafted from transparent Murano crystal and adorned with 24-karat gold leaf. The “rigadin” technique applied to the surfaces creates captivating light reflections when the lamps are illuminated.

After developing several prototypes in two sizes—40 cm and 60 cm in diameter—each chandelier was tailored to the desired height of the frame, ensuring a perfect fit for the ceilings of the rooms where they were installed.
