Restoration of Procuratie

In 2019, Venice experienced an exceptional high tide, known as Acqua Granda, which swept through the city and flooded its buildings. Among these was the Procuratie in St. Mark’s Square. We were called upon to restore 26 lighting fixtures that had been damaged by this event.

In addition to the regular cleaning of chandeliers and wall lamps, we also created and replaced damaged parts, bringing these typical examples of Murano art back to their former glory.
