The history of this model
Ancient Venetian mirrors owe their invention to the Venetian Vincenzo Redor, who in the mid-16th century perfected and patented the technique of polishing and leveling glass plates. For the first time, it was possible to create mirrors with perfectly flat and regular surfaces, which, combined with the unique transparency of Murano crystal, allowed for the creation of high-quality artifacts.
How is it made?
This modern Murano mirror is characterized by the unique bark-like finish of the crystal that frames it, achieved through the expert techniques of our master glassmakers. The frame, made of fine brass with a ribbed effect and galvanically treated with glossy silver 925, further enhances this piece, making it an exceptionally refined wall mirror. It is also possible to request this model with an antiqued mirror effect to make it resemble an authentic ancient Venetian mirror.

Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
Each shipment is insured against theft and breakage.
Once we receive your order, it is sent into production. Depending on the complexity and size of the item, it typically takes about one month to complete. Once ready, the item is shipped to the specified destination.
