The story of this model
The Dama wall sconce is inspired by the grand chandeliers designed for Empress Maria Theresa of Austria, one of the most influential figures of the 18th century. These chandeliers, with a metal frame finely covered by a layer of glass and adorned with crystal pendants, quickly became prototypes of an entire genre. Symbolizing power and opulence, a wide variety of these chandeliers soon began to decorate the halls of Europe's most prestigious palaces, establishing the Maria Teresa model as a timeless classic of lighting design. The Dama model pays homage to regal elegance and the craftsmanship of Murano glassmakers, keeping alive a style that once adorned the noble residences across Europe.
How it is made
Featuring a metal frame, chrome or gold-plated, covered with transparent or colored Murano glass, this wall sconce is distinguished by its two elongated arms that not only support the lights but also extend upwards in a sinuous movement. Magnificent tear-shaped pendants, available in crystal and Swarovski crystal, enhance the composition and add a touch of splendor to this wall lamp. Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
Each shipment is insured against theft and breakage.
Once we receive your order, it is sent into production. Depending on the complexity and size of the item, it typically takes about one month to complete. Once ready, the item is shipped to the specified destination.
