The story and technique of this model
Dottore della Peste is a Venetian mask that covers the entire face, easily wearable thanks to the comfortable attached ribbons. It is made of papier-mâché using ancient local techniques preserved by our master artisans from Murano. Inspired by one of the most iconic figures in Venetian history, this mask replicates the features of those worn by Plague Doctors when visiting patients to reduce the risk of contagion. In this variant, meticulously hand-decorated by our expert artists, there is also an illustration of the Doctor and a brief description.

This wearable mask is 100% Made in Italy. Our masks are unique handcrafted pieces; therefore, the images are for illustrative purposes only, and sizes and colors may vary slightly.
Certification and shipping
All our items come with a certificate of origin and provenance. Shipped goods are securely fixed inside the package, and each piece is wrapped using vacuum-sealing techniques to ensure it arrives intact. Additionally, each package is covered by insurance.

Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
Each shipment is insured against theft and breakage.
Once we receive your order, it is sent into production. Depending on the complexity and size of the item, it typically takes about one month to complete. Once ready, the item is shipped to the specified destination.
