The Story of This Model
This classic Venetian chandelier is also known as Pastorale due to the volutes, or curls, that adorn the central body, reminiscent of the Bishop's pastoral staff. In this revisited version, the Murano glass is covered with 24 kt gold leaf and features colorful borders. Velma is available in different versions, including those with leaves or flowers instead of curls, or with polychrome elements.
How is Velma Gold Edition Made?
This golden version of Velma is also handmade in the furnaces where glass masters work diligently by blowing glass into molds to shape the main pieces. The precious color is achieved by applying very thin sheets of 24 kt gold to the still-molten glass, which turn into a metallic and reflective powder during blowing. Once completed, the pieces are gradually cooled in specific ovens to ensure proper curing.

All our items come with a certificate of origin and authenticity. Each package also contains spare parts. The goods are securely fixed inside the package, with each piece vacuum-sealed to ensure it arrives intact. The package is always covered by insurance.

Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
Each shipment is insured against theft and breakage.
Once we receive your order, it is sent into production. Depending on the complexity and size of the item, it typically takes about one month to complete. Once ready, the item is shipped to the specified destination.
