The Story Behind This Model
This classic Venetian chandelier model is also known as Pastorale due to the curls, or riccioli, that adorn the central body, reminiscent of a Bishop's pastoral staff. Velma is available in various versions, including reimagined designs with the addition of leaves or flowers instead of curls, or featuring multicolored elements.
How is the Velma Chandelier Made?
Whether in the fully transparent version or with colored edges, Velma is entirely handmade in furnaces where master glassmakers work tirelessly, blowing the glass into molds to shape the main components. Using the right tools, they carefully craft the details, reheating the piece multiple times to keep it malleable. Once completed, the pieces are placed in special ovens to ensure gradual cooling.

Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
Each shipment is insured against theft and breakage.
Once we receive your order, it is sent into production. Depending on the complexity and size of the item, it typically takes about one month to complete. Once ready, the item is shipped to the specified destination.
