The story of this model
Inspired by the classic forms of Venetian chandeliers, the absence of ostentatious decorations gives this model a more streamlined, elegant, and modern appearance. Up&Down is the first of a new line of chandeliers featuring lights alternately directed downward and upward to evenly illuminate the entire room.

How is Up&Down made?
This transparent Murano glass chandelier is entirely handmade in the furnaces where our artisans work diligently, blowing the glass into molds to shape the main pieces. Using specialized tools, they model the details, repeatedly placing the item back into the furnace to keep it malleable. Specifically, Up&Down features rigadin work, which creates raised, straight, and parallel stripes through the use of a mold into which the glass is inserted before being blown.
