How is Red Fire Made?
This oval-shaped chandelier is entirely handcrafted in our furnaces, where our artisans work diligently by blowing the glass into molds to shape the main pieces. The distinctive color of Red Fire is achieved using the “fogo” coloring technique, which involves mixing colored mineral pigments into the glass matrix to maintain the transparency of the glass. After crafting, the chandelier is gradually cooled in special ovens.

Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
Each shipment is insured against theft and breakage.
Once we receive your order, it is sent into production. Depending on the complexity and size of the item, it typically takes about one month to complete. Once ready, the item is shipped to the specified destination.
