The Story of This Model
This model, also known as "Pastorale," features volutes or curls reminiscent of a bishop’s pastoral staff. In this version, the arms supporting the lamp cups point downward, enhancing the presence of the pastoral elements around the central stem, creating a design with harmonious and perfectly balanced forms. The "Arlecchino" variant, inspired by the famous Carnival mask, showcases each piece in a different color, resulting in a bold, modern, and playful combination.
How is Luigina Made?
Whether in the classic or Arlecchino variant, Luigina is entirely handmade in the furnaces where glass masters work tirelessly, blowing glass into molds to shape the main components. Using specialized tools, they carefully model the details, repeatedly placing the piece back into the furnace to keep it malleable. The different colors of the decorations, which retain the glass’s transparency, are achieved using the "fogo" coloring technique, which involves mixing colored mineral pigments into the glass matrix.

Beyond the craftsmanship, techniques, and unmistakable details, our items come with a specific certificate of authenticity. All of our products are handmade by our master glassmakers in Venice, following the ancient Murano tradition.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for:
- Product Exchange.
- Store Credit: a full refund of the product value, minus shipping, packaging, and other fees, will be credited to your account as store credit. This credit has no expiration date and can be used as cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
- Cash Refund: the full amount paid, minus shipping, gift wrapping, or other fees (duties and taxes), will be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, or bank account (see details below).
Once the merchandise is received and its integrity verified, we will initiate the refund process as quickly as possible.
