Time of realizationOur chandeliers and lamps, handmade in Venetian glass, will be made in 25/30 working days from the Order Confirmation.
Returns Policy14 DAY GURANTEE – 100% SATISFIED OR REFUNDED All merchandise sold by muranonline.com is guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by the highest quality control to meet the company’s experience standards.
All products offered are protected by a 14 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused condition. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a:
• Change of the product.
• Credit for the purchase in the future:
a full refund of the value of the product minus shipping, box and other charges which will be credited to your account as store credit. The store credit does not expire and can be used like cash at any time for any purchase in our store.
• Money Refund: full amount paid, minus the shipping, gift wrapping or other charges (duties and fees), will be refunded to your Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Account (see details below).
PLEASE NOTE: The returns are applied to the physical persons who act for non attributable scopes to their own professional activity. Therefore they are excluded from the return policy the purchases carries out to you from retailers, wholesalers and distrbutors companies.

PLEASE NOTE: it is important to comunicate the modality of reimbursement by paypal, banking transfer or international check money. The objects must be given back by the care of the consumer, in integrity conditions.
